Healthy Habits – Happy KidsThe PTC Wellness Committee, in partnership with the school district, is pleased to present: Healthy Habits - Happy Kids.
Join us to discuss the bestselling book, “The Anxious Generation.” Author Jonathan Haidt is leading a movement that brings families and communities together to improve youth mental health, and increase childhood independence and free play. Upper St. Clair is the perfect place to start!
Sessions covering sections of the book will be offered throughout the upcoming 2024-25 school year. More details to come!
