Our technology department has developed a robust help site – http://uscsd.org/support – with information to quickly resolve many common issues. Search by keyword (i.e. Google Meet, Canvas, Single Sign-on) to find helpful articles and tips to assist you. The site also provides a direct link to submit a help desk ticket, if needed.

Information regarding Parent Portal is available online:
To locate your child’s bus information in Parent Portal: click on your child's name in the column on the left side of the screen; select CHILD INFO; and then click TRANSPORTATION. If there are any issues, please contact Jonn Mansfield, director of transportation, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need assistance updating your home address or contact information, elementary and middle school families should contact their school secretary, high school families should contact the counseling office.
If you need assistance accessing your Parent Portal account, please email email@example.com.
