Upper St. Clair Students Achieve Perfect NOCTI Pass Rate

Upper St. Clair High School students enrolled at Parkway West Career and Technology Center achieved a 100% pass rate on the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) exams, demonstrating mastery of industry-specific skills.

The NOCTI assessments measure both technical knowledge and hands-on performance aligned to career fields. Six Upper St. Clair seniors completed certification testing including Jocelyn Kline, Diesel Technology; Joseph Moore, Computer Systems Networking; John Paradise, Culinary Arts; Emma Mitchell, Veterinary Assistant; Nicholas Gilbert, Electrical Power and Transmission Installers; and Madison Horne, Health Assisting.

In total, 38 Upper St. Clair students are participating in Parkway West programs during the 2025-26 school year.

Parkway West Career and Technology Center offers 16 programs of study designed to prepare students for in-demand careers, including automotive technology, carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC/R, cybersecurity and networking, healthcare, welding and more.
