Spark Students into STEAM officers, who coordinated the event, include Tahir Disbudak, Nishma Ghimire, Mia Manalo, Ethan Lin and Anna Engelman. The breakfast is held twice during the school year, once in the fall and again in the spring.

Participating teachers included Steve Miller, math; Tracy Smith, robotics; Russ Hoburg, chemistry; Kevin Coffman, math; Amanda Haas, math; Emily Robbibaro, English; Laura Moeller, English; and Clay Yonker, physics.

“We included two English teachers this time so as to have more exposure on the A in STEAM,” Dawn Mostowy, club adviser, said. “The students helped in every aspect of the preparation along with me and Liz Cecelia who is new in helping out with the addition of the English teachers.”
