Esports finishes second in PA

The Upper St. Clair High School Esports Super Smash Bros. team finished second in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Esports Association (PIEA) Grand Finals.
Team members include Ricky Crawford, Sam Donahey, Chance Miles, Jack Schalk and Auri Tarabishy.
The state tournament, which included 215 players from 36 schools, took place May 31 and June 1 at Mt. Aloysius College. Upper St. Clair was defeated in a close match by Nazareth High School.
Individually, three Upper St. Clair players placed in the top 20 in Pennsylvania:
- Auri Tarabishy – 5th
- Jack Schalk – 7th
- Sam Donahey – 18th
