The Upper St. Clair School District is soliciting proposals for firewall equipment, installation and maintenance and will apply to the E-rate program for funds to offset the costs. Sealed proposals will be received by the Upper St. Clair School District, 1775 McLaughlin Run Rd, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241 until February 12, 2020 at 10 AM prevailing time. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the SLD web site for any updates to this procurement.

1.9 Questions about RFP
Bidders are encouraged to submit their questions via email to the Issuing Officer at their earliest convenience. These questions will be answered promptly, and the answers will be shared with all interested bidders and posted to the E-rate Form 470 web site. The District has provided all required information in this RFP to enable vendors to prepare full and complete bid responses. Any additional information shared in response to vendor questions will be clarifications and will not contain cardinal changes that require the bidding clock to be reset.
1.10.1 Electronic Copy
A complete electronic proposal including all appendices, exhibits and/or attachments in the prescribed format must be received via E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by 10 am Eastern time on February 12, 2020. Please note that the Appendix A, Price Template must be submitted in Excel format, with no password protections, as part of the electronic proposal.
1.10.2 Hard Paper Proposal
One original proposal signed by an authorized official (complete with all exhibits and attachments in the prescribed format) and two complete copies must be received at the offices of the Upper St. Clair School District by 10 am Eastern Time on February 12, 2020, located at 1775 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241. The envelope is required to be marked as “EQUIPMENT RFP.” If being mailed, the envelope shall be addressed to the RFP Issuing Officer as set forth in Section 1.2 above.
In order for a proposal to be considered timely received, both the electronic and hard copies must comply with the deadlines and instructions listed above.
