    I am very excited to have your child in class this year!  We'll work hard this year, but have a lot of fun too. My door is always open, so please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.  I believe that it is important to establish a strong relationship between home and school to show the value of education to the children.  If your children see that you value education, they will value education as well!  I'm looking forward to a great year academically and socially!
