The mission of the Upper St Clair School District school counseling program is to maximize student potential, nurturing them as they become responsible, self-sufficient learners and productive citizens. The USCHS counseling program will advocate for all students to have access to the resources and support necessary to be successful academically and socially; it will prepare them to be successful at every grade level, beyond high school, and in the world of work by addressing students’ academic, career, and social-emotional needs.
