    NOTICE: Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, the Upper St. Clair School District is CLOSED from 4 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2020, through at least Monday, April 13, 2020. Once the district reopens, Right-to-Know requests will be processed within the guidelines of the RTK Law and we will work to get you the requested records as soon as practically possible.
     
    Requests for Public Records of the Upper St. Clair School District must be submitted in writing.  Requests may be submitted in person, via mail, via fax machine or via e-mail to the following individual:
