As our 2015-2020 strategic plan comes to a conclusion in June, we are preparing for the opportunity to set the strategic direction of our District for the next five years. In this new Strategic Plan (which will be in place from 2020-2025), the theme will be “Leading the USC Experience from Excellent to Extraordinary” with an emphasis on living a common mission, vision, and value set.

While we are all proud of the tradition of excellence that is intrinsic to Upper St. Clair, we hope to continue to build upon the legacy of our past successes and innovations toward an even brighter future. As key stakeholders, your involvement is crucial to our success.

We look forward to this ambitious endeavor and hope to benefit from input from each of our stakeholder groups: parents, students, community members, civic leaders and staff. Input from these various perspectives will ensure meaningful and future-focused goals for our district. Our community input sessions will begin in late March. We are asking those who are interested in participating in this important endeavor to let us know by completing the brief online form below.
