For students exiting grade 8 and those who have not previously completed Phase 1
Dates and times: July 22- 26, 2024
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Location: Upper St. Clair High School

Course Description: The national award-winning USCHS Leadership Academy is a one-week summer workshop (held July 22-26) offering students exposure to leadership concepts and practices. Students identify their leadership strengths and learn how these skills may be used to make them successful in all stages of life. Through experiential learning strategies, group projects, and hands-on activities, students experience the application of leadership skills, building confidence in their abilities and enhancing their capacity to serve in leadership roles. Students are able to earn one elective credit for successful completion of this course.
