Elementary Reading Lab

For students exiting kindergarten through grade 4

Date(s) & Times: June 17 - July 3, 2024

• Exiting Grades K, 1 & 2: 8:30-10 a.m.
• Exiting Grade 3 & 4: 10:15-11:45 a.m.

Location: Eisenhower Elementary School (location subject to change to another elementary school)

Cost:  $230

Course Description:  Students who are experiencing difficulty with reading are invited to participate in this Elementary Reading Lab. Each child will experience small group instruction designed to meet individual learning needs. Instruction will focus on strengthening students’ decoding, encoding, and comprehension skills correlated to their guided reading instructional level.  Independent practice will also be a part of this lab.
