I graduated summa cum laude from Carlow College with a B.S. in chemistry and a math minor. After graduating, I worked as a Scientific Accounts Manager at ChemImage Corporation located in Point Breeze. I obtained my Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004 when I decided teaching was my desired career. While attending the M.A.T. program, I completed a full time internship at Bethel Park Senior High School where I taught honors chemistry. After receiving my masters, I spent two years at Trinity High School teaching practical, college prep, honors and AP chemistry. I was fortunate enough to join the teaching staff at Upper St. Clair during the 2007-2008 school year. In my time at USC, I've had the privelege of teaching academic and honors chemistry. In 2013, the school board approved the addition of honors organic chemistry, which was a welcomed addition to my teaching schedule. I truly enjoy sharing my experiences and helping my students become a success!
