Four of USC’s Finest Selected for International Marketing Competition
Chris Adamo, Mary Cugini, Thomas Mologne, and Geet Punjabi and will represent Upper St. Clair High School in the Cultural Communications Alliance's International Marketing Competition on April 28 at the University of Pittsburgh. The group was chosen out of three teams in an in-school competition on April 8.
The Cultural Communications Alliance (CCA) works with Pittsburgh area high school teachers to introduce international business concepts to their students using an international case competition. High school teams work on their project throughout the year before the final presentations are held in the spring.
CCA works in cooperation with Bayer USA - the International Business Center, the Global Studies Center, the Berg Center for Ethics and Leadership, and the University Center for International Studies at the University of Pittsburgh - along with Chorus Call and other entities to create and administer the events and competition.

- Presentation skills
For the 2014-2015 competition, the target country is Indonesia and the product is Dr. Scholl's Insoles.
High School Teachers Ms. Deanna Baird (German and World Language Curriculum Leader), Ms. Joanna Darakos (Spanish), Ms. Amanda Haas (Math), and Ms. Kate Speer (Spanish) prepare and sponsor the students for the CCA competition.
