Daniel Wang Wins Second Place in Regional Spelling Bee
Boyce Middle School student Daniel Wang placed 2nd out of 101 participants at the Western PA Scripps Regional Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 14, at Robert Morris University!
With the purpose to help students improve their spelling, increase their vocabularies, learn concepts, and develop correct English usage that will help them all their lives, the nation’s largest and longest-running educational program is sponsored locally by Robert Morris University and the Post-Gazette.
The winning word for the 65th annual Western PA Spelling Bee was “frenetically.”
