New USC Guidelines for Printing Copies
Central Office no longer has a copy department. The district is now using the COPY CENTER at Office Depot for staff to submit their jobs for printing. We will continue to offer the outside organizations the copying service but with some slight changes.
The procedure will be as follows:
1.send a PDF ONLY file with your request to Mary Ann Stabile via email at email@example.com. If you do not have an original, it will have to be scanned and then sent to her, but that will compromise the "look" of the end product.
2.after approval, it will be sent to Doreen Leech to be processed through the COPY CENTER at Office Depot; I will submit the job for outside organizations.
3.it should arrive back here at Central Office within 2-3 days at which time the requester will be called to pick it at our Front Desk.
4.billing will continue as has been done in the past, through the Business Office. Organizations will continue to be charged 2 cents per side.
