Second Grade
Second Grade will begin their artistic journey by creating a tri-fold Sketch Book, inspired by the Pioneers. Students will use poster board, crumpled tissue paper, glue and crayon to create a faux leather look to their book covers. Students will use their sketch books throughout the year to write down their Art vocabulary words, sketch out their ideas and to reflect on their art work. At the end of the year, each student will have a visual record of the creative journey they took in second grade.
