    -25 words make up about one third of all reading material.
    -100 words make up about one half of all reading material.
    -300 words make up about 65 percent of all printed text!

    In third grade we will be focusing on knowing and spelling these words automatically.  Here are some website to with a list of the words and some activities to help practice them.
