    Speech & Debate earns first overall at Black Hawk Invitational

    Speech & Debate team The Upper St. Clair High School Speech & Debate Team continued its successful season posting first place overall, second place in debate and fourth in speech at the Black Hawk Speech & Debate Invitational, on Feb. 8-9 at Bethel Park High School. The largest local tournament, USCHS competed among nearly 40 school from Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
