GET READY FOR THE 2ND GRADE SOCIAL!

What:    GLOW DJ Dance Party

Who:     All Baker 2nd Grade students and one adult (no siblings, please)

When:   Friday, February 24th from 5:30 to 7:30pm

Where:  Baker Elementary Gym

Cost:     FREE!   This is a fully PTA-sponsored event.

• Advance Registration is needed.  Please complete this form by February 15th to sign-up!
• No siblings, please.  
• Please ensure there is one adult present to supervise your child.   If the child’s parent/guardian is unable to attend, they can designate another adult to be responsible for their child.   We need to know this info in advance, please.   We’ve included a spot for this on the above response form.
• Students are encouraged to wear their Baker grade t-shirt or neon-colored clothing.
• A small drink and snack will be provided.   Any special dietary needs should be noted on the above response form.
