GET READY FOR THE 3RD GRADE SOCIAL!

What:   Weird Eric Magic Show!

Who:    All Baker 3rd Grade students and one adult (no siblings, please)

When:  Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 6:30 to 7:30pm

Where:   Baker Elementary Gym

Cost:      FREE!   This is a fully PTA-sponsored event.

• Advance Registration is needed.   Please complete this form by February 28th to RSVP.
• No siblings, please.
• Please ensure there is one adult present to supervise your child.   If the child’s parent/guardian is unable to attend, they can designate another adult to be responsible for their child.   We need to know this info in advance, please.   We’ve included a spot for this on the above response form.
• A small drink and snack will be provided.   Any special dietary needs should be noted on the above response form.
