The 39th annual Upper St. Clair Community Day was held Saturday, May 19, 2018. The theme for the day was "Pink Panthers" and the parade was led by grand marshals Dr. Patrick O’Toole, retiring superintendent of schools, and Joe Conners, retiring chief of school police.
