Hello, My name is Dawn Yoder and I have been teaching at Boyce Middle School for 27 years.  I have taught every subject and both grade levels.  I love and am excited to be teaching Science currently.  I want my students to know that there are true scientific ways to find the answers to questions.  We can look things up quickly on our phones or i-Pads, but there is truly a process to discover how the world truly works.  I never want my students to lose their sense of wonder about the world around us.  

I live in Bethel Park with my two lovely boys. My oldest son has started college.   My other son, Nathan, is 17 years old and plays lacrosse.  I have two cats.  I love to read, play the piano, watch my son play sports, spend time with my family, watch "The Science Channel", and teach Sixth Grade.  I am looking forward to a wonderful year with you!!
