    21st Century Technology Instructor
     
      My experience as a Business, Computer, and Information Technology teacher began in 1989 after graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University while majoring in Business Education. Some courses that I have instructed during my career have included: accounting, computer courses, communications, keyboarding, entrepreneurship, economics, and business law to students in grades 7-12. Currently I am also serving as the Technical Studies Department Chairperson for grades 5-12 and teaching Keyboarding & Technology Applications to students in grades 7 and 8 at Ft. Couch Middle School.
     
    In May 2010, I obtained a Masters Degree from Robert Morris University and was inducted into Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society. My degree has allowed me to focus on 21st century learning opportunities utilizing online instruction for students in the Upper St. Clair School District. Also being a business owner allows me to provide "real" content into the classroom to enhance student growth.
    It has been a pleasure and privilege to be in the Upper St. Clair School District and am looking forward to many additional years to help students grow academically.
