Course Information: In 8th Grade Language Arts we will study and practice writing, reading, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening skills. Each quarter we will read one book together in novel groups. In addition, students will read three to four supplemental novels independently throughout the year. We will also read a variety of nonfiction, short stories, and poetry selections. Students and parents, please see my Canvas Page for assignments and course materials.
