Background

I look forward to my sixteenth year teaching at Ft. Couch! I started as a Math Resource Teacher. All subsequent years I have been a 7^th grade Pre-Algebra teacher and for the last thirteen years I have taught on an I.B. team. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education Mathematics from Duquesne University in 2007. I completed my Master’s Degree at the University of Pittsburgh in 2013. I am honored to be in this position and work with the wonderful students and families of USC!

Course Information

Pre-Algebra- This course builds upon the math concepts that were covered at Boyce and aims to prepare a strong Algebraic foundation for students prior to entering Algebra 1 in 8^thgrade. The course covers Pre-Algebra topics, Pre-Geometry topics and applications of each.
