I am thrilled to be starting my first year of teaching here at Upper St. Clair High School. This year, I will be teaching Academic English 12, IB English 11 and IB English 12. I am a recent graduate of Duquesne University, where I earned my bachelor’s in secondary English education. I also grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and graduated from Bethel Park High School. Although I was a proud Black Hawk at that time, I am very excited to adjust my allegiances and join the Panthers here at USC!

The opportunity to work with our students is a gift I do not take for granted–I am committed to getting to know each one of them, helping them grow as readers, writers, speakers, and listeners, and hopefully instilling in them an appreciation for language and literature along the way.
