Online kindergarten registration for the 2023-24 school year is now underway. Students must be age 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2023, to register.
Under Policy 800, qualifying records will be maintained for six years after a student’s exit from services or graduation/withdrawal from the District. Records from June 2017 and earlier are scheduled for destruction in September 2023.
Planning to volunteer in your child’s school and/or classroom? Do you have a 6th grader who will be experiencing Deer Valley with a parent chaperone? Background checks, which are valid for five years, are required for school volunteers.
