• POWER Library Access instructions: To access these databases from school: From START menu icons, click onto the POWER Library icon. For HOME access: You will need the barcode number from your TOWNSHIP LIBRARY CARD.  Go to www.twpusc.org/library.  Click "Online Databases" (RIGHT SIDE OF SCREEN). Click the Access PA POWER Library link.  Enter the barcode from your Township Library card. If you need a password, use the last four digits of your phone number.
